Frinacie Adele Horn, known affectionately as "Frinnie Horn," passed away on June 23, 2024, in Groves, Texas. She was born on March 18, 1942, in Belzoni, Mississippi.
Frinnie dedicated her life to being a homemaker, creating a warm and loving environment for her family. Her kindness and nurturing spirit touched the lives of all who knew her. Frinnie's presence brought comfort and joy to those around her.
She is survived by her loving husband of 63 years, Kenneth Horn of Groves, TX. Frinnie is also remembered by her daughters: Sherri Elmore (and Tre) of Port Arthur, TX, Terri Fruge (and Robert) of Port Neches, TX and Denise Salter (and Jason) of Groves, TX. She is also survived by her grandchildren: Josh Golmon, Ryan Golmon, Kristen LaBarbera, Jake Elmore, Josh Elmore, Justin Fruge; Brittany Walden, Mason Woods, MacKenzie Woods; and Jaedyn Salter. Frinnie leaves behind a legacy through her twelve great-grandchildren.
Frinnie was preceded in death by her father, Truman Knight, mother, Bessie Knight, granddaughter, Emily Fruge, and brother, Buck Knight.
A visitation will be held on June 27, 2024, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM followed by a Funeral Service at the same location in Groves. Both events will take place at Melancon-Levingston Funeral Home located at 5601 39th St., Groves TX 77619.
Frinacie Adele Horn will be deeply missed but forever cherished in the hearts of those she leaves behind. May she rest in peace.
