Gay Nell Lacy, 82 of Nederland, Texas passed away Saturday, October 13, 2018. She was born in Port Arthur, Texas to the late Clyde Claude Courts and Lenia Arvidson Courts on December 18, 1935. Gay Nell was the office manager for Dr. Glenn E. Lacy Sr. Dental Practice before retiring.

Those left to cherish Gay Nell’s memory are her daughter, Jana Lacy Beeson of Nederland; her sons, Glenn E. Lacy, Jr. and his wife, Elizabeth of Nederland and Trey Lacy of Nederland; her grandchildren, Jennifer Grounds, Ryan Grounds and his wife, Alecia, Jacey Beeson, Allen Lacy, Amanda Lacy, Jason Lacy and his wife, Megan, Jayna Lacy and Evan Lacy; and her great-grandchildren, Henry Lacy, Emily Lacy, Evelyn Grounds, and Grace Grounds. She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Dr. Glenn E. Lacy, Sr.
