iGenevieve Wagner, 70, of Port Arthur passed away quietly at the Medical Center of Southeast Texas in Port Arthur on Friday, October 31, 2008. She was born in Toledo, Ohio on December 30, 1937 to the late Anthony and Pauline Gralak Frankowski.She was the loving mother of Walter R. Wagner and wife, Nola of Beaumont, Texas devoted sister of brothers Stanley Frankowski of Toledo, Ohio and Joseph Frankowski. She was the cherished grandmother of Tiffany, Matthew, and Alyssa.
