George Hintze,, Jr.

George Hintze, Jr., 85, of Port Neches, passed away Sunday, July 31, 2016.
George was born May 7,1931 in Eunice, Louisiana to the late George Hintze and Adele Knopf.

George was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church in Nederland. He was a devout Christian man, he loved the Lord and he served his country proudly in the United States Army.

George is survived by his son, Wayne Barber and wife, Forrest of Port Neches; sisters, Ruth Hintze of Port Neches, Edith Lambright of Port Neches, Martha Paschal of Nederland and Evelyn Bonnin of Port Neches; grandsons, Hunter Barber and Josh Ellis; granddaughter, Jill Underhill; He is preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Schion Hintze; sisters, Betty Lenassi and Annette Hintze; brothers, Arthur Hintze and Rhinehart Hintze.

There will be a graveside service on Tuesday, August 2, 2016 at 2:00p.m. in the Serenity Mausoleum at Oak Bluff in Port Neches, Tx with Rev. Phil Webber, Officiant.

In lieu of flowers donations may be sent to; Fellowship Baptist Building Fund.
