Mr. Neel will truly be missed. He has a camp across the street from where I live. When him and his wife first came down and introduced themselves, he told me if there was ever anything I needed to reach out to him. He did not just say it he showed how much he cared in his actions, as my lawn mower was broken down and he would mow my grass along with his without me ever asking him to or giving him anything in exchange. Prayers for his family for peace that surpasses all understanding rest in peace Jerry
