Glen Dale Guthrie Sr.

Glen Dale Guthrie, Sr, 83, of Nederland, Texas, passed away on Wednesday, July 5, 2017 in Port Arthur, Tx. Glen was born on August 22, 1933 in Lindel, Tx to the late Floyd Guthrie and Nellie Combs.

Glen is survived by his loving wife, Glenda Guthrie of Nederland, Tx; daughter, Lori Mizzell of Houston, Tx; sons, Dale Guthrie, Jr. and Darrell Guthrie (Michelle) of Port Neches, Tx; seven grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. He will be dearly missed and loved by all who knew him.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 8, 2017 at 5:00 p.m. till 8 p.m.

at Melancon’s Funeral Home in Nederland, Tx. A graveside service will be held at Trout Creek cemetery in Call, Tx. on Sunday, July 9, 2017 at

1:00 p.m.
