Glenn S. Park, 96 of Nederland, Texas passed away on Tuesday, December 13, 2016 at the Kountze Nursing Center in Kountze, Texas. Glenn was born on November 21, 1920 in Indiana, PA. to the late, Blair Park and Annie Smeltzer Park.
Glenn served his country proudly in the United States Navy for three years and was stationed at the Naval Air Station, Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii.
Those left to cherish Glenn’s memory are his loving daughter, Glennda Latiolais of Kountze; granddaughters, Erica Mason of Houston, Texas and Stephanie Sterling of Round Rock, Texas; great grandsons, Caleb Sterling and Cain Straszewski; great granddaughters, Tessa Weldon and Aleena Straszewski; and his niece, Deborah Gurcsik.
In addition to his parents, Glenn is preceded in death by his wife, Ruth Yeakel Park and his brother Victor Park.
As to Glenn’s wishes, no services are being scheduled.
Glenn’s family would like to extend their appreciation to the entire staff of the Kountze Nursing Center for the love and care they showed to Glenn during this past year.
