As my sister wrote below, Glennda and I were raised together. I have pictures of us in our Easter dresses when we were 3-4 years old. We shared many of the same friends through school. She was my other sister. Even though we were many miles apart we always picked up like we had just spoken yesterday. We shared family vacations, discussed boys we liked or wanted to like us, clothes, make-up,and everything else that girls discuss. She danced better than anyone and we spent hours watching American Bandstand and trying to learn the dances. Growing up she was my best friend. In the last years we have mourned the passing of our parents and husbands together. I know that she is with them and that they were there to meet her. She was a beautiful person both inside and out. She will live on through her daughters and grand children. Linda Harrison

Glennda was our cousin and growing up a big part of our family. We had 4 kids and she was an only child, so many days and nights were spent together. She and my older sister were real close, because there was only 9 months between them. I remember her and my sister would say words that sounded funny and laugh till they cried, like squirrel. I couldn't get that but I was 4 years younger and the little pesky sister. When she started wearing makeup and tried to do her eyebrows, didn't like how hers looked so she shaved them off and drew new ones. She always mailed cards and we looked forward to getting them, that will be greatly missed. Loved you and you will be greatly missed Cuz. Love and prayers to her kids
