Gloria Arnold, 75, of Nederland died Saturday May 14, 2011 at her residence. Gloria was born September 07, 1935 in Newton County to John West and Ruby Tindol West. She was a resident of Nederland for 19 years and formerly in Port Arthur for 30 years. Gloria was a housewife and home-maker. She was a member of Southside Baptist Church in Port Neches. Gloria was blessed to be a member in the Dorcas Sunday School Class and to have numerous friends. Gloria was preceded in death by her husband Easton Arnold, daughter Kathryn Haltom, sisters Madie Quibodeaux, Admire Boudell, Kathleen DuBose and Helen Cox. Services will be held on Monday May 16, 2011 at 10:00 am at Levingston Funeral Home in Port Neches with Dr. David Birdsong officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Bluff Memorial Park in Port Neches. A visitation for family and friends will be held on Sunday from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at the funeral home. Gloria is survived by her son Eddie Pace and wife Jamie of Port Neches, daughter Lisa McAnally and husband Rodney of Nederland, nine grandchildren Heather Sipole, Gloria Haltom, Sarah Pace, Jared McAnally, Sierra McAnally, Elizabeth Haltom, Mary Tennant, Ali King, and Joseph Broussard, and ten great grandchildren. The family would like to express a special thanks to Gloria�s Care Givers: Sabrina, Neva, Shirley, Carolyn, Sydney, Destiny and the staff of Professional Health Care Home Health and Hospice.

I am so sorry to hear about your mom. I did her hair for years. She was a very sweet lady. I just found out she had passed while reading Freddies obituary. I think about them all the time. We missed them when they quit coming in. God Bless your families.
