Hazel Lack, 89, of Port Neches, Texas died Thursday, May 22, 2014 at her residence. Hazel was born February 1, 1925 in Silsbee, Texas to Columbus "Lum" McGallion and Maggie Cunningham McGallion. She was a homemaker and a resident of Port Neches for 67 years. Hazel was an avid bowler and a member of the Baptist faith. Funeral services will be held Saturday, May 24, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at Levingston Funeral Home in Port Neches with Joel Lack officiating. Entombment will follow at Oak Bluff Memorial Park. Visitation for family and friends will be from 12:00 noon until time of service on Saturday, May 24, 2014 at the funeral home. Surviving relatives include her husband, Jesse "JF" Lack of Port Neches, Texas; daughter, JoAnn Root and husband Allen Root, Jr. of Nederland, Texas; sons, Weldon Lack and wife Helen of Groves, Texas; Dale Lack and wife Peggy of Port Neches, Texas; grandchildren, Joel Lack and wife Joyce, Jeffrey Lack and wife Brittanie, Jill Segura and husband Ben, Brian Root and wife Emily, Brad Root and wife Laura, Bonnie Kunkel and husband Jeff, Aaron Lack and wife Lynsey, Amber Greer and husband Devin, Adam Lack and wife Desi; and 15 great grandchildren.
