Helen Mae Seymour, 101, of Sabine Pass, passed away on January 18, 2023, peacefully at home.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm., Sunday, January 22, 2023, at Levingston Funeral Home in Groves. A private burial will be held at a later time.

Visitation will begin prior to the service at 1:00 p.m., at Levingston Funeral Home in Groves.

Born in Sabine Pass, Texas, on December 22, 1921, she was the daughter of Albert Durant Davis and Bessie (Reeder) Davis. Helen was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, and was a friend to all. Helen was a member of United Methodist Church of Sabine Pass and loved her church and church family dearly. She played the piano for many years for her church and served in other capacities through the years. Helen will be deeply missed by everyone who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her two brothers; two sisters; and daughter, Carolyn Breaux.

She is survived by her daughter, Marie Morales of Sabine Pass; sons, Henry Seymour and wife Bertha of Humansville, Missouri, and Byron Seymour and wife Lorrie of Port Arthur; 11 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
