Well, one of my favorite memories of Uncle Gary is made Home Made Ice Cream for the family. He made it on an old wooden crake bucket which would take about 30 minutes to a hour to make. He would get Aunt Odessa to make the custard for the cream. Yes, Aunt Odessa and Uncle Grady could make some delicious Ice Cream. Yes, my Uncle and Aunt loved to go to Fellowship Church and worship their Lord and savior..

So very sorry for your loss. I remember his visits to my Grandparents house - "Granny and Haley" when I was a child. He was always such a sweet man! My Mom just passed away in June, Shirley. Not sure if any of these names ring a bell.

My sincere condolences go out to Mr. Jackson's family. I know he will be missed very much. I had the pleasure of Mr. Jackson's company as a neighbor, he is such a kind and giving man! He always took time out to say hi and check on myself and my family and consistently offering to help in any way possible. I couldn't have asked for a better neighbor. Our neighborhood isn't the same without him. My prayers go out to the Jackson family during this time of grieving.
