Henry Lee Willey, Jr.

Henry Lee Willey, Jr., 89, of Mauriceville, Texas., went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Monday, January 1, 2018 at his home in Mauriceville. Henry Lee was born in Mauriceville on May 30, 1928 to the late, Henry Lee Willey, Sr. and Lola Wilkinson Willey.

Those left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of 68 years, Lamurel Raymond Willey; sons, Hershal Willey and wife, Rhonda of Mauriceville, John Willey and wife, Pam of Orangefield, Kevin Willey and wife, Cary of Silsbee and Jeremy Willey of Mauriceville; daughters, Carolynette Willey of Mauriceville and Nelwynn Welsh and her husband, Kenneth of Mauriceville; sister, Leola Bond of New Braunfels; brother, Tommy Willey of Panama City Beach, FL; 13 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren and a host of loving nieces and nephews.

A gathering of family and friends will be held at First Baptist Church Mauriceville on Thursday, January 4, 2018 from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. A graveside service will be held at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Pleasant Hill, Texas., also on Thursday, January 4, 2018 at 2:30 p.m.
