Hughlen J. "Beb" Beadle Hughlen J. "Beb" Beadle, 85, of Port Neches passed away Tuesday, November 5, 2013 at his home surrounded by his family and Isabella, his doggie companion. He was born on September 4, 1928 in Beaumont, Texas to Hughlen J. Beadle, Sr. and Alice Borel Beadle. Hughlen was a lifelong resident of this area and member of St. Elizabeth Catholic Church in Port Neches. He retired from Gulf Oil as an instrument technician after 38 years of service. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, November 9, 2013 at St. Elizabeth Catholic Church in Port Neches with Reverend Monsignor Bennie Patillo officiating. Burial will follow in Memory Gardens Cemetery. A visitation for family and friends will be Friday evening from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Levingston Funeral Home in Port Neches. Hughlen was preceded in death by his son, Todd Beadle. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Sherry Beadle of Port Neches, TX, two daughters, Wendy Monceaux and husband, Darin of Groves, TX, and Terri Lockhart of Groves, TX, daughter-in-law, Stacy Tate of Lumberton, TX, son, Mark Beadle and wife, Susan of Nederland, TX., two sisters, Doris Meadows of Livingston, TX, and Shirley Clowdis and husband, Rudy of Orange, TX., six grandchildren, Jacob Monceaux, Hali Gott, Trevor Juarez, Hannah Beadle, Courtney Lopez and husband, Anthony, and Colby Flores, and one great granddaughter, Marissa Lopez.
