I.C. Street, 75, of Port Neches, Texas died Sunday, November 4, 2012 at his residence. I.C. was born June 23, 1937 in Vernon, Florida to G.I. Street and Ruby Gainey Street. He was a 40 year resident of Port Neches, Texas and a retired Port Engineer with Texaco Marine. He served as Past Master of Zephyr Masonic Lodge #198 in Zephyrhills, Florida and was also a US Air Force Veteran. A memorial service will be held Saturday, November 10, 2012 at 3:00 p.m. at Levingston Funeral Home in Port Neches, Texas with Dr. David Mahfouz officiating. Visitation for family and friends will be Saturday, November 10, 2012 from 2:00 p.m. until service time at the funeral home. I.C. was preceded in death by his brother, Brown Street and sister, Elender Monk. Surviving relatives include his wife, Sylvia Hill Street of Port Neches, Texas; daughter, Elizabeth Cokinos and husband Andre of Beaumont, Texas; son, Christopher Byron Street and wife Leisa of Port Neches, Texas; sisters, Lois Mae Brock, Clara Mae Jackson, Ebbie Jan Hayes, Marie Cliburn, brothers, Oscar Street and Lewis Street, grandchildren, CeeCee Street, Megan Street, Grace Cokinos, Christopher Cokinos and numerous nieces and nephews. Memorial contributions may be made to the Salvation Army or your charity of choice.

Our deepest sympathy to the Street family at this sad time. I.C. was a fine gentleman with a great sense of humor. I worked with him at Texaco Marine for many years and he was always a pleasure to be around. God bless him.

I have a lot of fond memories of my friend I. C. He was a great friend who I will dearly miss. I.C. we will meet again my friend and sing a couple of Buffett songs together. Smooth sailing and fair winds. Until we meet again Old Buddy. Pat

I am so terribly sorry for your loss. I remember him during our Hurricane refuge in Houston and remember that he always had a smile on his face and in his heart and looked at the situation with such positive light. What a fine gentleman.
