Inis Idene Spicer, 92, of Nederland passed away on Sunday, March 30, 2014 at her residence. She was born in New Blaine, Arkansas on September 18, 1921 to the late Nathan Rainwater and Fannie Vassaur Rainwater.

Inis is survived by her son, Pat Spicer and his wife, Dolores of Goodyear, Arizona; grandchildren, Gretchen VanDerdoes, Kim Terrell, Brian Thibodeaux, Texas Spicer, Chad Spicer, and Oriana Spicer; 13 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Arlis Spicer; and daughter, Dedria Kay Thibodeaux.
