Ivaleta Joyce Lege, 89, passed away Tuesday, January 6, 2015. Ivaleta was born May 30, 1925 in Emmett, Texas to Andrew Balley and Nannie Stroder Balley. She was a resident of Groves for 20 years and retired caretaker for the Humane Society. Survivors include her daughter, Toni Breaux and husband Courtney of Groves, TX; son, Charles Michael "Peanut" Lege of Liberty, TX; eight grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren. A visitation for family and friends will begin at 11:00 a.m., Friday, January 9, 2015 at Levingston Funeral Home in Groves followed by the funeral service at 1:00 p.m. with Reverend Travis Cox officiating. Burial will be at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
