Ivan J. "Bob" Mudd, 101, of Beauxart Gardens, Texas passed away Tuesday, January 31, 2012 at Cypress Glen in Port Arthur. Bob was born September 10, 1910 in Johnson Bayou, Louisiana to John D. Mudd and Odeal LeBouef Mudd. He was a resident of Beauxart Gardens for 45 years and retired from Fina Refinery as a dockman after 39 years of service. He was also a U.S. Army World War II veteran and was decorated with the Asiatic Pacific Theater Ribbon, Philippine Liberation Ribbon, Good Conduct Medal, Silver Star Medal, Bronze Arrowhead, and Victory Medal. Bob was preceded in death by his wife, Imogene "Jenie" Mudd, and brother, Douglas Earl Mudd. Survivors include numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. Graveside Military services will be at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, February 2, 2012 at Oak Bluff Memorial Park in Port Neches, Texas with Deacon Dallas Broussard officiating under the direction of Levingston Funeral Home in Groves. A visitation for family and friends will begin at 12 noon, Thursday at the funeral home.

So sorry to hear about Uncle Bob. He was one of Dad's dearest friends. With Bob, Mutt & Diamond Jim all now gone, the Golden Triangle will never be the same. I love you all and my prayers are with you. Renee & Sam Judd
