Jackie and I were in Red Hats together and even though I'd known her for years I really got to know her cute and sparkly personality when we spent time together at the luncheons. She was so much fun to be around! I enjoyed every minute we spent together and I will miss her. She never met a stranger and always made me feel that I was special to her...a rare gift. We were all blessed to have her in our lives.

Dear Gwen, June and all your family, Sorry to hear about your Mom. It was thru her that I met and became friends with Judi. The last time I saw Jackie I told her that she was the first OLD person that I met that was FUN. I was 19 and she was 38 at the time. She will be missed. Katy

Dearest family: I will always remember “going crabbing†at the beach, eating Frito’s and Bean Dip for the first time in my life, and how when I grew up, I wanted to be just like my “Aunt Jackie†because she was a one of the strongest women I had ever met. I can still remember spending nights in Uncle Buddie and Aunt Jackie’s motor home and still have the scar’s to prove it. I loved spending time with my family and in recent years have missed spending time together. Aunt Jackie will be greatly missed, but one thing for sure, God has given us lots of precious memories to carry along with me until we are all reunited again. There we won’t have to worry about distance or schedules and eternity will be one “Big†vacation. I know there’s a celebration going on in Heaven and now we have another strong Angel among us! May God bless you all and give you comfort in the coming days. With love, Cindy, Susie, Dave, and Karen

Our Dear Aunt Jackie will be missed by so many -- especially her nieces and nephews. She was truly the "baddest" aunt we had, and we loved her for making our lives more fun. Our thoughts are with June and Gwen and all of the family at this sad time; but we know that Jackie was met in Heaven by many of God's angels, including Uncle Buddie and Judi. I will be wearing your favorite color purple in your honour, Aunt Jackie. Love you, Merrye.

Rice with butter and sugar for a treat if you finished your dinner, trips to Six Flags, the beach, crabbing; these are but a few of the memories I will treasure about Aunt Jackie. But what a reunion she's having now - all those Baker Siblings, along with Uncle Buddie, Judi and Jason. My thoughts and prayers are with June and Gwen and the rest of Aunt Jackie's family. Love, Tami

We will never forget Aunt Jackie's infectious laugh and fun-loving spirit. I have so many memories of spending time in Groves with Aunt Jackie, Uncle Buddie, Judi, June, and Gwen, and in Camdem with all our Baker cousins. I know there was quite a joyous homecoming in heaven with Uncle Buddie, parents, siblings, and others who have gone before her. We will miss you, Aunt Jackie.

I have thouroghly enjoyed having Jackie as a friend, doing her hair for several years, and knowing her for 25 years through my work. Jackie was a special lady who loved God, friends and the Indians. It is hard to say goodby to this loveable lady.
