I have known James since grade school. Early in his career he installed carpet for my mother and I was never so surprised upon his arrival at our house. My sympathy to his family as all of you mourn his passing but I know you rejoice in his profession of faith in the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ.

My not being originally from Port Arthur, I always admired Mr. Bailey's honesty, integrity and general good nature, a true blue Port Arthurian of the finest order.
