James Lester Bardwell

He is survived by his wife Carolyn Sue Bardwell, daughter Linda Sue Hollier and her husband Ron, son Christopher Bardwell, son Aaron Lee Bardwell and his wife Jennifer, all of Nederland, Texas, and half-sister Marie Hammers and husband Jerry of Rockwall, Texas, grandchildren Heather Bardwell, Adam Vickers, Adan Vickers and his wife Rachel, Brittney Hebert, James Ryan Bardwell, Joel Bardwell , Jordan Bardwell, great-grandchildren Gavyn Duvall, Ethan Duvall, Caileb Hebert, Roland Kasper, and numerous nieces and nephews.
James was also a Master Mason and a member of the Nederland lodge in good standing for more than 40 years. In 2005 he received the Golden Trowel Award.
Funeral Services will be held at First Baptist Church in Port Neches on Wednesday, April 8, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. with Rev. Dr. David Mahfouz officiating. Interment will follow at Memory Gardens of Jefferson County in Nederland. A gathering of the family and friends will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. prior to the service at the church.
