Close friend of Richard Durdin in highschool, and came to know Jimmy through him. My sympathy and thoughts are with all of you at this time. Time moves so quickly, doesn't it, and never as quickly as it does when we know a loved one is gone for the rest of our life. God be with you.

I did not know that Jim had passed away until yesterday afternoon. I would have been at the services had I known. Jim was a godly, caring man. My husband, Joe Cole and I were a part of the Gideon ministry with he and Suella. What a blessing they were to our lives. My heart goes out to the family and you are in my prayers. Love you, Suella.

Dear Suella, Michelle, Amy & Cathy, It is with mixed feelings that I am learning about the home-going of Jim, your loved one. I feel sadness that he won't physically be with us any longer, but joy that he is now free from pain and suffering. He now can look into the face of Jesus and enjoy the love that only He can give, as He shelters Jim in His arms! Suella has been a friend since elementary school days, and I met Jim during college days.....many years ago. I've known you three sisters all of your lives and have enjoyed watching you become wonderful women. I will pray for you and your mom as you adjust to this earthly life without your husband and dad. Your souls will never say good-bye! With sincere love and sympathy, Carol Hebert

I was a classmate of Homer's in junior high and high school (PNG Sr '60). Homer was a pleasant and cheerful classmate; always a gentleman. He loved playing the harmonica, too. Keep your memories close to your hearts. Sincerely, Dianne Thompson Hollier
