I met James by phone. I am a customer service rep at JThomas Parts. He was a great person to talk to and he will be missed. The last time I talked to him, I told him, his voice sounded as if he could looked like Sam Elliot. He got a chuckle out of that. My heart goes out to his family.

To the family, my condolences. I never had the opportunity to meet James, as I only spoke with him on the phone. The fuel company I work for is in Ft. Lauderdale, and we work with his various locations in Florida. When “Hauck Enterprises” appeared on the phone identifier, it was always a pleasure to have a conversation with James. I believe his faith and family were strong indicators of who he was and the life he led. I pray for comfort in this unexpected loss to the family and friends of Mr. Hauck.
