Mr. Jim was always a bright spot at breakfasts shared at La Fiesta on many mornings. He will be sorely missed by all the morning coffee drinkers. Heartfelt sympathies go out to Big Mike, Larry, Rhetta and the rest of the Elliott clan. God bless you all in your time of loss.
