I knew bro. Jones from the Pine Street church of Christ in Woodville & also because of my brother, Harvey Fails, who was close friends with him. He was a fine Christian and a good influence on others. He loved God & Christ! May God console all of you.

It doesn't happen often in life that you meet someone that instantly takes a piece of your heart but replaces it with a piece of theirs. This wonderful, amazing man was one that did with me. It was a joy to visit with him, to listen to his wisdom, and to just know how very special a man he had always been. My love and appreciation for Mr Jones and his family will forever remain. It is with sadness for those remaining, but joy at his going home, that I say farewell my friend.

I had 39 wonderful years of knowing my Grandpa. He taught me the love of sports, hunting, and fishing. He will be missed by me and family and will forever remain in our thoughts and in our hearts. I love you Grandpa.
