I loved that man more than words can express, he was truly a great man and the best father in law I could ask for.

Blackie loved our Savior and his church family. I admired the way he played the accordion at church and greeting everyone as a brother or sister. His gumbo was good even though he put anchovies in it. I know I will truly miss him and may our Lord wrap his loving arms around Sis Janis and all their families and comfort them in this time of need. I love you Blackie. Jan Mccown
