James "Jim" Williams 76, of Port Arthur died Saturday February 4, 2012 at his residence. Jim was born in Dallas, Texas on December 2, 1935 to Vertis "V.J." and Elda Mae Williams. Jim was a 1954 graduate of Thomas Jefferson High School and a 1958 graduate of Lamar University. He retired as an inside salesman for Drago Supply with over 30 years of service. Jim was a lifelong resident of the Port Arthur Area. Jim was preceded in death by his Granddaughter Angelica Cone. A Memorial Service will be held Tuesday February 7, 2012 at 2:00 pm at Levingston Funeral Home in Groves. A visitation for family and friends will be held from 12 noon until 2:00 pm on Tuesday. Jim is survived by his wife Sue Williams of Port Arthur; daughter Pamela Cone and husband Chris of Village Mills, Texas; brother Glen N. Williams, Sr. and wife Mary of College Station, Texas; grandchildren Kathlynn Cone and Michael Cone of Village Mills, Texas; and nieces and nephews Glen N. Williams, Jr. of Cavot, Arkansas, Jim Williams of Houston, Texas, Dana Rohmberg of Fort Smith Arkansas, Kathy Roth of Katy, Texas, and Karen Ogden of Fort Worth, Texas.
