Jamie Lynn Fountain, 52, of Groves, Texas, passed away on Sunday, February 12, 2023, at her residence in Groves.
Funeral Services will be held Monday, February 20, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. at Levingston Funeral Home in Groves. Officiating will be Reverend J.C. Coon. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Groves.
Visitation will be from 3:00 to 5:00p.m. Sunday, February 19, 2023, at Levingston Funeral Home in Groves.
Jamie was born in Nederland, Texas, on August 18, 1970, to Sterling “Dusty” Jones and Carrie Ann Choate.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Dula and Horace Choate; her father, Sterling “Dusty” Jones; and her grandmother, Jimmie Boring
She is survived by her mother, Carrie Ann Choate of Groves, TX; sons, Caleb Fountain and wife Kourtney of Vinton, LA; and Corey Fountain of Groves, TX; one grandchild, Weston Fountain; sister, Jessie Yull and Husband John of Kyle, TX; uncle, Michael Choate and wife Carole of Sulphur, LA; her aunt, Karen Boring, uncle, Mark Choate, niece, Stella Yull, nephew, Lucas Yull, and god-mother, Judy Smith.
Pallbearers will be Corey Fountain, Caleb Fountain, Chaz Norman, Colton Cruz, Hannah Janise, and Lucas Yull. Honorary Pallbearer, Weston Fountain.
