Janell Marie Sheridan, 82, of Groves, Texas passed away December 27, 2020. She was born in Cankton, Louisiana on July 28, 1938 to Wallace and Rita Venable.

Those left to cherish Janell’s memory are her husband, Jim Sheridan of Groves; her daughter, Suzanne Sheridan of Tyler; her son, Darrell Sheridan of Hawkins; 5 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; and her sister, Gayle Conwell of Port Neches. She is preceded in death by her parents and her son Cory Don Sheridan.

A gathering of family and friends will be held at Melancon’s Funeral Home on Saturday, January 2, 2021 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. with a funeral service at 4:00 p.m., Rev. Dr. Rick Erwin officiant. Interment will be held at Pilgrim Cemetery in Elkhart, Texas on Sunday, January 3, 2021 at 2:00 p.m.
