Janice B. McClaskey, 70, of Spring, Texas formerly of Port Neches, Texas died Saturday, November 27, 2010 at her residence. Janice was born March 16, 1940 in Port Arthur, Texas to Antoine Barron and Elma Broussard Barron. She was a retired St Mary's Hospital Radiology Technician and a member of St. Elizabeth Catholic Church. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, December 1, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at Levingston Funeral Home in Port Neches with Reverend Monsignor Bennie Patillo officiating. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. with a Vigil service to begin at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, November 30, 2010 at the funeral home. She was preceded in death by her son, Kevin Myers. Surviving relatives include her husband, Roger G. McClaskey of Spring, Texas; daughters, Stacey Myers of Alexandria, Virginia; Susan Todd of Englewood, Florida; Laurie Rogers of Port Charlotte, Florida; Mary Ellen McNeely of Spring, Texas; Patricia Crutchfield and husband, Clinton of Calhoun, Louisiana; son, John McClaskey of Vidor, Texas; step-sisters, Ida Simmons and husband, Gene of Marksville, Louisiana; Sue Desoto of Plaucheville, Louisiana; 11 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.

We had such good times working at St. Mary Hospital. She was happiest when talking of Roger and her family. Sincere sympathy to all of the family.
