Jason Dale Boudoin, 39, of Groves, Texas passed away on Tuesday, October 3, 2023, at Memorial Hermann Baptist Hospital in Houston, Texas.
Jason was born on August 11, 1984, in Port Arthur, Texas to Elizabeth Ann Bourgeois Boudoin and Dale Allen Boudoin. He graduated from Port Neches High School in 2002. Jason was a was a welder for Jefferson Energy; a member of Immaculate Conception/St. Peter’s Catholic Church in Groves and the Groves Knights of Columbus #3491. Jason enjoyed sky diving, running crab traps, wrestling alligators and was an avid outdoorsman. He loved everything that had to do with anything in the water. Jason lived everyday as if it was his last day. He worked hard, played hard, lived fast and loved deeply. If Jason loved you, you knew it. He would do anything for his friends and family, there was no second guessing about whether he would do it or not. Jason was a unique person, one that will be missed dearly but never forgotten.
Jason is survived by his wife of eighteen years and the love of his life, Jessika Boudoin of Groves; daughters, Jaylee Marie Boudoin and Allee Danielle Boudoin both of Groves; his father, Dale Allen Boudoin and his wife Janice of Groves; grandpa, Gene Bourgeois of Groves; his grandmother, Jacqueline Boudoin of Groves; brother, Trayce Boudoin and his wife Katy of Port Neches; sister, Jenny Boudoin of Nederland; nieces and nephews, Davin Snell, Karys Boudoin, Layla Boudoin, Deegan Snell, Maesyn Boudoin, Delaney Boudoin, Broxton Fox and Kallee Fox.
Jason is preceded in death by his mother, Elizabeth Ann Bourgeois Cormier; grandmother, Constance “Connie’ Bourgeois and grandpa, Robert Boudoin.
A gathering of family and friends will take place from 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 8, 2023, at Melancon-Levingston Funeral Home in Nederland, Texas. A Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. Monday, October 9, 2023, at Immaculate Conception/St. Peter’s Catholic Church in Groves with burial to follow at Oak Bluff Memorial Park in Port Neches, Texas.
Serving as Pallbearers will be Trayce Boudoin, Bryce Boudoin, Jeff Fox, Josh Vigil, Daniel Boyd and Jace Worthy.
