Jason Wayne Resweber, 33, of Groves, Texas passed away Tuesday, November 6, 2018 at Jennie Sealy Hospital in Galveston, Texas. Jason was born February 22, 1985 in Galveston, Texas to Wayne Resweber and Judy Allen Resweber. He was a lifelong resident of Groves, member of Groves First Baptist Church, and a pipefitter helper. Jason was preceded in death by his father, Wayne Resweber; grandmother, Patricia Vernon; grandfather, Jack Allen; and fianc, Jessica Hurt. Survivors include his mother, Judy Resweber of Groves; brother, Daniel Resweber and wife Kasie of Port Arthur; nephews, Eli Resweber and Leander Resweber; grandmother, Jackie Allen; and grandfather, Donald Resweber. A visitation for family and friends will begin at 9:00 a.m., Friday, November 16, 2018 at Levingston Funeral Home in Groves followed by the memorial services at 10:00 a.m. with Reverend Charles Miller and Dr. Joe Worley officiating.
