Jeffrey Earl Lee, 61 of Port Neches, Texas passed away on February 27, 2018. He was born on February 6, 1957 in Port Arthur, Texas to the late Norman Atwood Lee and Betty Louise Cayard Lee. He was a process operator for Exxon/Mobil for 28 years.

Jeffrey is survived by his wife, Annette Ardoin Lee of Port Neches; his daughter, Christy L. Lee of Port Neches; his son, Devin Lee of Port Neches; his sister, Becky Cozad and her husband, Fred of Port Neches; his brother, David Michael Lee and his wife, Molly of Groves; and several grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents.

A gathering of family and friends will be held on Wednesday, March 7, 2018 from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Melancon’s Funeral Home in Nederland with a memorial service to follow at 2:00 p.m.

Jeff was a great man. I will truly miss him and so will his grandson, Ashton Earl Lee. Ashton adored his Pawpaw Lee and is truly sad that he is gone, but he takes comfort in knowing how much his Pawpaw Lee loved him.
