A full year has passed since you left this earhly life.Dear, sweet Jerry,I miss you so much! There are so many things I wish I had said and done to let you know how much I adored you.I touch the guitar you gave me each day of my life.It is in my closet, and I touch it each time I go to get dressed. The amplifier sits on the floor beside my bed.I keep it there to look at,whether I use it or not.Hug Daddy,Mother,Freada and Ray for me.Even with all of the wonderful people I have to love in this world, there is still an emptiness without you.My brother, you were the best! You were like no other.I know your family feels the same.

My thoughts and prayers go out to you all. I always thought the world of Jerry. I will always remember the jam sessions that Joey and Judy took me to when they were together. Those were the best of times for me and I fell in love with Freada watching her behind that piano. It was too awesome. I think of all of yall often. Again I am so sorry for ya'lls loss. Having lost everyone in my family now I can relate to the feelings you are feeling. Keep him close in your hearts and mind and time will go by somewhat better. Just think of them all having a jam session.....I know my Mom and Dad and my brothers are sitting there having a grand ole time. Much love and hugs your way.

I met this incredible man in 1952.He was a high school football player in Dayton, tennessee. My precious mother introduced us.It was as if I felt alive for the very first time.In fact,I had just been born.At my age of several hours my brother ,Jerry Wallace, held me in his loving hands. He was the first non-medical person to touch me.I grew to love him so much that when he left for the Air Force I could not stop crying for weeks..I wanted my Jerry back. Each time he returned on leave, only to go away again, this happened. As the years passed and I grew up I have kept a very special place in my heart for him,as have so many others. What a great husband and father he was.I am so sorry for his family.s loss.God,thank you for having given Jerry to all of us.I will see him again some day and we will sing and make music forever.I loved him.Today is our deceased mother's birthday.I hope Mom,Dad,Freada,Ray and Jerry save some cake for me.
