Jewel "Viv" Crorey

Jewel “Viv” Crorey, 90, of Port Arthur, Texas, passed away on Tuesday, February 6, 2018 in Longview, Texas. Jewel was born in Orange, Texas on January 28, 1928 to the late, Winston and Viola Hoffpauir.

Jewel worked for JCPenney department store and sold Avon from her home. She was a loving daughter to her parents and a dedicated mother to her two sons, Glen and Norman and also to Bobby Ruth.

Those left to cherish her memory are her sons, Glen Morris Crorey and wife, Elizabeth of Paris, Tennessee, Norman Lloyd Crorey and his companion, Mary Alice of Groves, Texas and Bobby Ruth Lummus Of Longview, Texas.

In addition to her parents, Jewel is preceded in death by her loving husband, William “Bill” Morris Crorey.
