Jewel Ann Reeve, 87, of Port Arthur, Texas passed away Monday, November 19, 2012. Jewel was born January 24, 1925 in Tyler, Texas to Willie Forrest Hill and Jewel Irene Dennis Hill. She was a lifelong area resident and graduated from T.J. High School in 1944. She was employed by Stoneburner- Verret and retired after 45 years of service. Jewel was preceded in death by her grandson, Justin Slade Reeve. Survivors include her husband of 68 years Orren Reeve of Port Arthur; daughter, Sheri Zane Koshkin and husband, Ben of Houston, TX; son, Forrest Duane Reeve and wife, Pat of Beaumont; grandchildren, Deanna Morey and husband Bernie, Jessica Van Singel and husband Doug, Brett Koshkin, Michael Koshkin; great-grandchildren, Aubrey Sheffield, Jerrek Sheffield, Peyton Matthew Van Singel; and also special sister-in-law Juanita Hutchinson and nephew Phillip Craig Hutchinson. Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 21, 2012 at Levingston Funeral Home in Groves with Reverend Robert Wenner officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park. A visitation for family and friends will begin Wednesday at noon until service time. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to the charity of your choice.
