Jimmy Lee Duvall, 88, of Groves, Texas passed away Saturday, November 30, 2019 at The Oaks in Beaumont, Texas. Jimmy was born November 29, 1931 in Cleburne, Texas to Joe Duvall and Edith Calloway Duvall. He was a longtime resident of Groves and retired from Grondyke Transport after 30 years of service. Jimmy proudly served in the U. S. Army, he was a member of the American Legion and the Fraternal Order of Eagles. He was preceded in death by his son, Jimbo Duvall, Jr.; and granddaughter, Amanda Duvall. Survivors include his daughter, Billie Jo Gillard and husband Don of Mauriceville; sons, Kenneth Duvall and wife Lori of Lumberton, and Danny Duvall of Nederland; grandchildren, Christy Smith and husband Neal, Trey Duvall, Jamie Duvall, Courtney Duvall, Steven Gillard, Shannon Gillard, Kendall Duvall and wife Lindsey; four great-grandchildren, Jaidyn Porter, Clayton Crorey, Hailyn Crorey, and Ava Duvall. A visitation for family and friends will be Wednesday, December 4, 2019 from 4:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. at Levingston Funeral Home in Groves.
