Oh Joe, I am gonna miss you again. It's only been a few years that we reconnected. I am privileged to be the guitarist for the first band you played drums for. I was lucky to watch you go from guitar player on drums, to world-class drummer for stars! And you have always been a great guitarist, too. Tell Tim and Dusty I said hello. I love you, brother!

Going to miss cousin Joe. We used to play as young kids when our families would visit one another. I followed his musical career throughout the years. When I would run into him around town we would catch up with each other. R.I.P. cousin Joe until we can meet again to catch up.

Joe and I grew up together. Our parents were very close friends. Joe met me at Pine Tree Lodge on a July 16 to listen to Steve’s band Eazy. We shared many memories and good laughs about our childhood and teen years. He gave me copies of all his cds... he said he wanted to be sure I had them. He wasn’t feeling very well that day. I asked if he took the Covid vaccination and he said HELL NO. He ordered a hamburger and seemed to enjoy it. I’ll treasure the time we spent that day. I never dreamed it would be my last time to see him. He leaves behind the most wonderful family. I m just a phone call away should any of you need anything. Till we meet again in Heaven Joe... keep playing that music with the Master MUsician:notes:🥁:microphone::notes:. With much love:pray::skin-tone-2: Cindy and Steve

The Licatino family and the Morrison family go way back. We watched Joe and his siblings grow up as they watched us grow up. We witnessed great times together and carried one another through hard times as well. We love you Joe and your quiet smile will live on in my memory and the kindness you showed others. I remember especially the care and concern for your parents and how you have honored them during the latter years as they aged. Thankful you are in the arms of Our Lord. Gisele

Joe and I carpooled to Helena Labs back in the 70’s but I have known him and his family most of my life. Joe played Jimi Hendrix’s version of the National Anthem for senior check day @ Stephen F Austin high school in Port Acres. I remember him playing guitar and later playing drums professionally. Always a nice guy with enormous musical and artistic talent. You will be missed Joe, Rest In Peace………:musical_score::guitar:🥁:musical_score:
