John Sterling Concienne

John Concienne,75, of Groves, Texas, passed away on January 7, 2024, at his residence in Groves.

A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, January 19, 2024, at Oak Bluff Memorial Park in Port Neches.

John was born on July 19,1948, in Port Arthur, Texas, to Sterling and Marguerite Concienne. He was a graduate of Lamar University and worked as a graphic designer. He also loved photography and was always the one with a camera in his hands at family get-togethers or on vacation. He was a member of Agape Church in Groves. John loved the Lord and was always ready to share the Good News of Jesus with anyone he met.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Sterling, and Marguerite Concienne; his sister, Barbara Whiddon; and his loving kitty companion Marky.

He is survived by his caring nieces and nephews, many friends and cousins, and his loving kitties Rowdy and Emma.
