Rev. John H. Fullerton 90, of Port Neches was quietly called home to meet his Lord and Savior August 29, 2012. He was born in Mtn View, Mo September 25, 1921 to Charles H. and Mary Fullerton. His greatest joy was serving as he believed; his God (ordained Assembly of God minister), country (WWII / Army Air Corp), and community (Ameripol Synpol, ret. 30 yrs). His business card read "Christ is the Answer" epitomizing his giving spirit when encountering the need's of others. God first was the source of his strength and greatest pleasure when serving family both natural and invited. Preceded in death by daughter Linda Die and survived by loving wife of 69 yrs Dorothy of Port Neches; daughters Sandra Nagel an husband Ron of Houston and Judith Fullerton of Port Neches, sons Edward Fullerton and wife Pat of Little Rock, Ark and Charles Fullerton an wife Donna of Stafford, Va, grandchildren Craig an wife Caryn, Shawn and wife Lisa, Melissa, Jason an wife Rita, Sara and Matthew, 8 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild. Visitation Aug 31, 2012 beginning at 5:00 pm Levingston Funeral Home 2001 Nall, Port Neches. Rev. Frank Williams and Rev. Brent Williams assisted by Jason Fullerton will officiate funeral service Sept 1, 2012 at 1:00 p.m., Magnolia Assembly of God, Port Neches followed by interment in Oak Bluff Memorial Park, Port Neches.
