John Howard LeBlanc, Sr., 82, of Port Neches, Texas passed away December 27, 2020. He was born in Abbeville, Louisiana on April 30, 1938 to the late Avenere LeBlanc and Rosilla Guidry LeBlanc. John was a member of St. Elizabeth Catholic Church in Port Neches.
Those left to cherish John’s memory are his wife of 63 years, Jane LeBlanc; his children, Terry and Sharon LeBlanc, John and Pattie LeBlanc, Susan Hinson, Steven and Monica LeBlanc, Ramona and David Kelley, and Chad LeBlanc; his siblings, Frank LeBlanc, Wilmer LeBlanc, Gloria Mae Vidrine, Mary Buckley, and Hazel Migues; 13 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents and 8 siblings.
Serving as Pallbearers are Christopher Hinson, Justin LeBlanc, Matthew LeBlanc, Timothy Hinson, Blayke LeBlanc, and Jacob LeBlanc. Serving as Honorary Pallbearers are Bryce Hinson, Garrett LeBlanc, and Bradley Kelley.
A gathering of family and friends will be held at Melancon’s Funeral Home in Nederland on Wednesday, December 30, 2020 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., with a Rosary being recited at 10:30 a.m. A Funeral Service will follow at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Oak Bluff Memorial Park in Port Neches.
