My Grandmother lived across the street from "the Spike boy's" Grandmother. Many street bottle rocket wars were won and lost there. Rest in peace John.

John Earl Spikes you will be missed dearly. The morning honks and afternoon waves will forever be missed. No words were ever needed on your way to work or on your way home. Kiddos always enjoyed you stopping to check on them. You were indeed one of the good guys in their eyes. They are saddened as are many others of your passing. God Speed my friend love always. Nissa Hada Glenda Cason Chapman Nathaniel and Nissa Cason, Patrick, Allisa and families. Much love.

I loved how John encouraged Natalie to get involved in projects at church; because of that our families connected again after many years since we knew him as a child. We loved seeing how John enjoyed fixing things for people. John always had a smile & a kind word about others.
