John quotTitquot W. Stelly, 73, of Port Arthur, Texas passed away September 25, 2011 at his home. He was born in Port Arthur, Texas on August 31, 1938 to the late Jack and Eunice LeBlanc Stelly. He served his country proudly in the U. S. Army and retired from the City of Nederland.Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, September 29, 2011 at Melancon39s Funeral Home, 1605 Avenue H in Nederland, Father Rejimon E. George, C.M.I. officiating. Interment will follow at Oak Bluff Memorial Park in Port Neches. A gathering of family and friends will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 28, 2011 at the funeral home.He is survived by his sister, Audra Stelly of Fannett 2 brothers, David Stelly of Houston and Brian Stelly of Fannett niece Kathleen Fore and husband Vic of Nederland and nephew, Johnny Allen and wife Dianna of LaBelle. He is preceded in death by his parents and brother, Curtis Stelly.
