Johnnie Bell

Mrs. Johnnie Bell, 91, of Port Arthur passed away at her home on Wednesday, August 7, 2013. She was born on September 15, 1921 in Grand Saline, Texas to Andrew Devereaux Hanson and Nora Belle Birdsong Hanson. Johnnie was a lifelong area resident and member of Memorial Baptist Church in Port Arthur. Graveside services will be 2:00 p.m., Saturday, August 10, 2013 at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Beaumont with Reverend Bill Brazell officiating. A visitation for family and friends will be Saturday morning from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon at Levingston Funeral Home in Groves. Johnnie was preceded in death by her husband, William "Bill" Bell and son, Andy Bell. She is survived by her grandchildren, David Bell of Spring, TX and Karen Lacer of Montgomery, TX, great grandchild, Sydney Lacer and sister, Fay Williams of Hemphill, TX.
