Johnnie David Hall

Johnnie David Hall, 73, of Nederland, Texas passed away October 26, 2013 at his home. He was born in Franklin, Texas on November 27, 1939 to the late Clinton James and Matilda Bertha Niemann Hall. He retired as a supervisor for Goodyear Oil Refinery and served his country proudly in the U. S. Navy.

A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 2, 2013 at Melancon’s Funeral Home with Chaplain Roger Hall officiating. A gathering of family and friends will be held from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. prior to the service.

Johnnie is preceded in death by his parents; his first wife of 51 years, Roylene Reinhardt Hall; and brother, James Hall. He is survived by his wife, Carol Johnson Hall of Nederland; daughter, Eileen Judice and husband, Chris of Port Neches; sons, Roger Hall and wife Thuy, currently stationed at Seoul, South Korea, Clinton Hall and Charles Hall, both of Vidor; step-daughters, Katherine Vela and husband, Patrick of Austin, Kimberly Hoover and husband, Jay of Nederland, Beverly Weimer of Katy, and Jody Marceaux and husband, Tim of Lafayette, Louisiana; granddaughter, Nena Hall; grandsons, James Law, Johnny Hall and Peter Hall; great-granddaughter, Peyton Mansell; brother, Ray; and sisters, Ruby, Ruthie, Bertha, Catherine, and Mary.

He was a liar, a thief, an adulterer, a wife beater, and a child abuser. I could not imagine a more horrible father. I am just sorry my mother was too weak to leave him. He was a very evil man!

We are all losing a Very Special Person. We did not know him well but we could see the Goodness in him and the Happiness he gave to our Sister and Sister in Law, Carol. All members of his Family have lost a very Special Loved one and we are truly sorry for your Loss. Johnny and Mollie
