Johnny Leonard Gilbert Jr.

Johnny Leonard Gilbert, Jr., 52, of Vidor, Texas passed away June 10, 2021. He was born in Connecticut to the late Johnny Leonard Gilbert, Sr. and Kathleen Wilson Gilbert. Johnny loved to collect Dale Earnhardt cars and memorabilia. He also loved to preform magic tricks.
Those left to cherish Johnny’s memory are his wife Amanda Yvonne Lowrey Gilbert; his children, Christopher Gilbert, Johnny Gilbert III, and Ryan Gilbert; his grandson, Elijah Gilbert; his siblings, Wendy Gilbert West and her husband David, Salem “Chip” Gilbert, and Duane Gilbert; and his uncle, Ray Cole. He is preceded in death by his parents, Johnny Leonard Gilbert, Sr. and Kathleen Gilbert Bates.
