Jonathan Kent Bailey, 31, of Port Neches, Texas passed away, Friday, February 12, 2016 at home surrounded by his loving family. Jonathan was born July 15, 1984 in Port Arthur, Texas to Charles Kent Bailey and Karen Williams Bailey. He was a lifelong resident of Port Neches and a member of Southside Baptist Church in Port Neches. Jonathan was a History Teacher with K-12 Online Teaching. Funeral services will be held Saturday, February 13, 2016 at 12:30 p.m. at Levingston Funeral Home in Port Neches with Dr. David Birdsong officiating and Mr. Ethan "E" Bailey assisting. Visitation for family and friends will be from 11:00 a.m. until service time on Saturday at the funeral home. Surviving relatives include his parents, Kent and Myrtis Bailey of Port Neches, Texas; brother, Ethan "E" Bailey of Port Neches, Texas; and girlfriend, Emily Carl "My Little Emily" of Port Neches, Texas. I went to school and graduated with Jonathan. I haven't seen him since then in 2002 but he was a very good and well liked person. I know he grew to be just as fine of a man and he will be missed. I'm truly sorry for your loss and God bless.
