After working hard for 50 years he decided to finally retire at the age of 62. On his time off he always enjoyed spending time on his shrimp boat catching fresh Shrimp and crabs. He was able to make his very own shrimp nets whom he learned from his father. He continued the tradition making nets for his friends. Pete loved his wonderful wife and family with all his heart. He enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren. Most of all he loved to worship and hear the word of his Lord. He had two amazing shrimping buddies (Mark and Bill) that always loved to help and learn from the experienced shrimper. There were many others that he cherished in his life's journey. He always put people in front of himself and always loved giving advice to his children and grandchildren. He has always been a great figure of not only a husband, but a great father for his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. He will and always will be missed by all of those that he influenced in his life. But life is only the beginning as his soul is now resting in a great place.
