Joyce E. Bailey, 74, of Port Arthur, Texas passed away Thursday, November 15, 2012. Joyce was born April 16, 1938 in Lake Charles, Louisiana to Tilden Theodore Trahan and Myrtle Marie Sanerans Trahan. She was a lifelong Port Arthur/Groves area resident and member of the Catholic faith. Survivors include her husband, James Bailey of Port Arthur; sons, Shane Foxworth of Camp Lejune , NC, Robert Foxworth of Covington, GA, Rodney Foxworth of Beaumont; step-son, Christopher Todd Bailey of Center, TX; step-daughters, Sharene Mouton of Country Club Estates, Krista Clark of Groves; sisters, Carol Ann Crain of Tyler, Sandra Brunotte of Lumberton, Gail Jagneaux of Fannett; brothers, Chris Clark of Houston, Randy Trahan of Beaumont; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Monday, November 19, 2012 at Levingston Funeral Home in Groves with Reverend J. C. Coon officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park. A visitation for family and friends will be held on Sunday evening from 5:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. with a Rosary Service at 6:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
