Joyce Marie Dugas, 82, of Port Arthur, passed away Tuesday, July 22, 2014 at her home. She was born on August 18, 1931 in Port Arthur, Texas to Otto Provost and Margaret Angus Provost. Joyce was a lifelong resident of Port Arthur and member of St. Catherine's Catholic Church. She was retired from Market Basket. Funeral services will be 3:00 p.m., Saturday, July 26, 2014 at Levingston Funeral Home in Groves. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park. A visitation for family and friends will be Friday evening from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home with a rosary service. Joyce was preceded in death by her husband, Emile Joseph Dugas, Jr. She is survived by three daughters, Lisa Neeb, Mary Ann Foret, and Lynn Nesbitt, two sons, Blaine Dugas and Chris Dugas, nine grandchildren, B.J. Dugas, Michael Dugas, Jason Nesbitt, April Herrington, Jeremy Neeb, Heather Guidry, E.J. Dugas, Rebecca Dugas and Aimee Dugas, sixteen great grandchildren, and one great great grandson.
